Brooke Mansfield has joined the Rissman Property team as Head of Property Management, harnessing her years of experience as a senior property manager. Her hard work and outstanding communication skills will provide elite property management services to the landlords and tenants of Newstead and its surrounding suburbs. Brooke’s background as a senior property manager instils her with outstanding people and time-management skills, in addition to the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at once. All of these capabilities are essential for the demands of property management. Additionally, Brooke is also responsible for sales administration in the agency, providing her expert organisation and planning skills to this fast-paced work environment. Brooke has a genuine passion for maintaining a clean and organised agency. Her dedication to making sure that every box is ticked in admin is key to the ongoing success of both the agency and our clients. One of Brooke’s core professional values is to always expand her skills and knowledge in the real estate industry. She loves a challenge, and is never afraid to step out of her comfort zone on the path to continuous learning and improvement. While her roles in both property management and sales administration require a high level of dedication and professionalism, her fast-paced problem-solving skills and willingness to succeed have established her as a reliable team member that her fellow colleagues and clients can trust to get the job done. Outside of work, Brooke’s interests include exercise, and spending time with her family and friends. Since starting her career in the industry, she has developed a love for the Newstead, Teneriffe, and New Farm region, appreciating its culture, central location, and exciting property market.
