From a real estate perspective, Teneriffe is officially Brisbane’s most expensive suburb with the average house price about to tip over $4 million. The real estate consists of stunning houses atop Teneriffe Hill, riverfront villas via ‘Catalina’, riverfront apartments, the iconic Woolstores and stunning contemporary builds such as Ellington Apartments in Beeston St. Teneriffe’s last major development opportunity has recently been purchased with the Riversands site recently secured for north of $100 million by the Kokoda Group.
